I would offer advice for the wagon bit, but I cant think of anything but a dead hooker panda stuffed in a fish tank floating in it's own organs...

the kid looking in his draws isn't anywhere near as creepy as the kid giggling into his hands next to him...
As for the inside of the Wagon I suggest you put a Flagon of Ale. He is going to get LIT.
